Payment details are processed by our payment provider. Enterprise Calculator stores plan status, billing period dates, subscription identifiers, and payment status needed to show your account state.

We use your information to provide the calculator workspace, keep organizations separated, save quotes and templates, manage team access, process subscriptions, send account and billing notices, and respond to support requests.

Organization privacy

Each organization has its own workspace data. Users only see the organizations and calculator data assigned to their account, except authorized administrators who manage accounts, billing, invites, and support operations.

Cookies and security

We use necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, and provide the calculator experience. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and requests

We keep account and quote data while your workspace is active or as needed for billing, security, support, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data, contact Gallagher's Resource using your account email.
