These terms govern use of Enterprise Calculator by Gallagher's Resource. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
Enterprise Calculator helps teams manage pricing inventory, create quotes, export documents, and manage subscription access. You are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, terms, discounts, taxes, and customer-facing quote content entered into your workspace.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account and organization information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Organization owners and authorized administrators may manage members, invites, subscription plans, and workspace settings.
Plans and billing
Free accounts may be limited by quote and user counts. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. If cancellation is scheduled, paid access continues through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other organizations, upload unlawful content, or use the application in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Changes and contact
